Cissbury Ring: single storey rear extension and loft conversion – North London
Planning Permission (extension) and Application for Certificate of Lawful Development (loft) granted with London Borough of Barnet
Budget: £150K Completed September 2015
The property remained unmodernised since built in the 1930s. A proposal was submitted to to the council for a single storey rear extension incorporating a kitchen and utility room, dining, living and play area to provide a bright family space. Additionally, a plan for a loft conversion was detailed to provide a large master bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. All interior finishes and fittings were sourced and selected for this project.
