Planning Permission in a Conservation Area granted with London Borough of Haringey

The period property located in the Haringey Conservation Area, required a re-design of the ground floor. The adopted proposal was to replace the existing conservatory and re-arrange the internal layout that would be better suited to the family's way of living. The ground floor rear façade is to be replaced with a full height glazed door system. Setting the clean straight lines of the glazing against the existing house will enhance the appearance of the period property and its verdant garden. Planning permission was granted in 2017.
