The young family were looking at ways to create a fluid layout to the rear of the property with minimal external construction works. The space is to house a kitchen, dining area and family TV corner that have been lightly partitioned to emphasise each zone. The pre-existing loft conversion is to be extended and a better located staircase to be installed that will maximise the floor area.
